Is it just me or are the download rates for skins very slow, just took 2 min to download a 12 meg IP, I am on a 5meg dsl. That averages to a 100 KB/sec download, at any other site my downloads are at 510 - 520 KB/sec and hold that. The IP I download started at 60, peaked at 269 and finished at about 60 again, jumping all over the place for entire download.

As a test downloaded a 3.77 meg skin from SA, downloaded so fast that downloads window did not show a rate, just went almost straight to scanning for viruses.

Extra info, when downloading from subscriber resources page the downloads fly along at 510-540 KB/sec.

It is basically just the WC galleries that are slow. At time worse than stats in this thread.
